"The staff make this a 5* hotel. It's a little awkward to get in and out of. Left out of the main entrance leads you to the busses and across the plaza and down through the shopping centre is also a good way to avoid steep roads. Avoid rooms ending 01. I was in 101 and paid extra for a balcony only to find a temporary tower directly to my left, a building site to my right and an office meeting room a stones throw away looking directly into my bedroom. The privacy mesh doesn't do a complete job....

"Great all inclusive hotel for families with excellent facilities and fantastic food in terms of variety and quality as well as kind and attentive staff. The only negatives were that the staff did not explain well at all that the voucher for the a la carte restaurant gave a free meal and the umbrellas in the pool area were only allowed to be raised on 2 of the days in our week apparently due to the wind (so you had to go inside for shade). "Nice hotel in a chill part of Malta. Beautiful sea view from the balcony of my room. Facilities were good, service was of a high standard through and through from checkin to final check out: Room service and cleaning crew were courteous and professional, Muhammad and crew looked after me well.
