"Did not provide room in spite of confirmed booking and prepaid. We were stranded and they would only say we are over booked. "

"The hotel is undergoing renovations, so you actually enter the hotel through the doorway where one would ordinarily go to the restaurant. Rooms are clean and modern (as mentioned, hotel being renovated). Area around the hotel: like many parts of Bishkek, "sidewalks" are a bit rough around the edges, because the city is in the process of tearing them up and replacing them. Area around hotel has plenty of dining and shopping options.Friendly, helpful staff."
