"Nice valet guys who suggested places to eat. Keys didn't worked 2nd nite going back to room but quickly fixed. Nice breakfast spread--omelet maker ready only at 1 of our 2 breakfasts right at 730am so didnt wait 2nd time to have one (we had to leave early so couldn't hang around). Only complaint-beeping noise from service area across from room. Told front desk who said they would check. Never did. Told at checkout and staff was apologetic. We could have asked to change rooms but only stayed 2...

"The Casa Diamond Suite was exceptional. The upscale decor matched its upscale service. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the view from our balcony over looked Arab League Park, and was a great value overall. "

"Staff were extremely friendly and always available to offer help. No expectations of tips etc so there was feeling of pressure in that respect. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Children slept of a comfortable sofa bed. The only downside for our stay was the reception area/ Lobby was under construction so there was rubble outside the hotel and the feel when you walk in was somewhat taken away. This is clearly temporary however it took a star off our stay otherwise would have...

"God service og dejlig personale. Hotellet er dog mere et business hotel end et feriehotel. Poolen og dens område var rolig og lækker. Dog var omklædningen og spa området ikke særlig god. Omklædningsrummet var beskidt og ikke særlig flot. Med tegningerne på spejlene og væggen. I Spa området, virkede hverken dampbadet og saunaen var ikke særlig god og havde en underlig lugt. "

"Very clean and neat. Staff are friendly. Location is ok. Bathroom fan is not working. Not enough lighting in the room. Reading light is broken but works. When I walked to the room the sink was draining extremely slow, but, maintenance took care of it right away other than that I really enjoyed staying there."
