"The toilet needs fixing in room #6 it woobles.You have to open the toilet door before you can open the shower door.It needs a redo.Because the proprty is quite old and not soumdproof you will hear the other guest noise.You are lucky if you have a considerate guestmate.The good thing is they provide you coffee in the room with a kettle to heat the water."

"Amazing hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The restaurant at the clubhouse was superb with stunning views (lovely that the shuttle takes and picks you up). The bell team charged our electric vehicle which was very convenient. The breakfast was wonderful with excellent choices. Our spa massages were superb. Golf will be on our agenda next time since the courses look great (we played St Andrews this visit). "

"Stayed for one night but was good. Room spacious, was a family room, big double comfy bed plus folding settee bed. Only change would be addition of curtain at small window, as only had vertical blind and this let in early morning-light. Breakfast was good, friendly, helpful staff, good selection fruit, cereals and cooked food. Had the full Scottish which set me up for the rest of the day."

"Very unique hotel. So cool living onboard a floating hotel for the night. The room décor is lovely, as is the rest of the boat, and the staff onboard could not be nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was amazing (smoked salmon starter and full Scottish breakfast) and any time we called for items to be brought to our room, the service was super fast. It is not the cheapest but all in all, an excellent hotel and well worth a visit for a special occasion or just a well earned treat."

"Fraoch House is a sweet place. It's older and has charm. Matthew the host was solicitous and eager to please. We had breakfast one morning and it was excellent. Our room was adequate.
