"October 2023 Excellent 4* hotel, very close to the train station. Large room, 4th floor was far above street level so very quiet when closed. Recently opened, everything new and modern. "The hotel is pretty but the lobby is HOT. They do not have AC in the lobby and around the pool table so therefore you cannot use that part of the hotel unless you want to sweat. We stayed in malatya for visit family and therefore booked the suites which provide living room. Once upon check in we were given regular rooms. When we saw the room we had to go back to reception and remind them our booking were for suites. They changed our rooms to suites and Unfortunately we were told no visitors...

"I expected a little more from this hotel property, since it was the highest rated property in Elazig. However, the hotel smelled stale and like cigarette smoke although the hotel seemed very clean. I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast as the choices were very few, and there was no person on duty to serve customers. However, I understand this may not be the busy season as there were not many customers there.Tthe staff were very nice and appeared to be trying their best. "
