"Love the location of this hotel! It’s a short 3mins walk to Nanjing Road and the Metro Station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My family and I have nothing but praises for this hotel! "We had to move rooms twice because the rooms were dirty. The first room the carpets/floor hadn't been cleaned, there was crumbs of food all over the floor and on the chair within the room. We informed the front desk, who were actually very good, and were told it would be cleaned by the time we were back from a walk. It hadn't been cleaned some 5 hours later so they move us.
