"The resort itself looks ordinary compared to some of the other resorts in the island, but we had a terrific view from our room of the beautiful turquoise ocean and the white sandy beach! "I liked that its located right next to the Atlantis. I didn't like that you couldn't walk across the Riu parking lot and enter into the back entrance of the Atlantis. You used to be able to do that a few years ago & now I wonder why you can't anymore."

"The property and beach were gorgeous, staff were all very friendly. The room we had was pretty dated but the air conditioning was super cold, that isn’t something we always find on islands. Food wasn’t bad for a buffer, a decent variety. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"The cove is beautiful and upscale. However, our AC did not work properly the entire vacation so it did get hot in the room. Drinks were very expensive and the waiters and waitresses did not come to the beach nearly enough so you had to get up and get your own food and drinks a lot of the time."

"Simply put, an amazing staff. They all were friendly, courteous, and above all, accommodating. The views from all sides of the resort are spectacular and cannot be topped. The views from our room overlooked the bay side and the colors of the water were unreal. A few steps (literally) to the other side of the resort and there was the most spectacular beach and ocean views.
