"Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain. Fortunately the cleaning teams of Charmillion are very committed in cleaning, but rules should be applied more for dirty people.
