"Vi kom fram till hotellet sent och var trötta, vi möttes upp utav trevlig personal i receptionen med en välkomnstdrink och kördes därefter tillsammans med vårt bagage i golfbil till vårt rum. När vi skulle lägga oss och sova och drog upp täcket så möttes vi utav 3 st stora kackerlackor som kröp fram direkt när täcket drogs upp!! Självklart gick vi direkt till receptionen som lät oss byta rum efter fått sett bildbevis på ohyran. Bra mat för att vara all inclusive, särskilt den marockanska...

"A great hotel in a good location. Breakfast waiter service was slow and not a 5 star service. Food was excellent. Huge swimming pool with plenty of cabannas and sunbeds . Our bathroom had a bad sewage smell which was slowly rectified. Would go back again . "

"An outstanding holiday. Stayed 4th - 9th June. Staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious and varied. Visits were good value for money - balloon ride, souks tour, palaces tour, camel safari and on site hammam massage. Hotel was spotless with plenty of sun beds and varied activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening. A very enjoyable visit and highly recommended as place to stay when visiting Marrakesh "

"Building needs a refresh...beds, room decor, bathroom...just looks tired...I've been to a few Le Meridien...Mauritius and Dubai would get a proper 5 star. Marrakech needs refurb of property...sauna, jacuzzi and steam room should be available. Wifi is also weak, with today's technology, wifi should be 5G. Also be safer to have a traffic light or speed breaker at the pedestrian crossing just out of the hotel to Menara mall. The cars don't stop even if you are on the crossing. "

"My daughter and I stayed at the Oberoi for six days and had a fabulous experience. It is not inexpensive, but the service is world-class and the room was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Huge attention to detail at this hotel and excellent management. Staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and they were always trying to do something to make the stay memorable and wonderful. We were impressed and loved every minute. Definitely going back. "
