Trotzdem hätten wir uns gewünscht, vorher eine Information durch Expedia zu bekommen. Letztendlich war der Aufenthalt schön, aber ohne Umbuchung wäre es eine totale Enttäuschung gewesen. "Old hotel that needs to be demolished as no care from management. Reception area messy n looks dirty so was the room. Especially d bathroom as I didnt even shower it was disgusting. Too bad I didnt take photo of d room. No tourist should stay there. Bad image for bali. Price was ridiculous compare to other nicer cleaner hotels. "

"On arrival the hotel did not have confirmation of my stay but they sorted it out. That evening I extended my stay by booking on Hotels.com because I needed to stay nearby my sick friend. When I left the hotel the next morning to visit my friend I asked the receptionist to make sure my bathroom was cleaned because it was very dirty. On my arrival back at the hotel my too had not been cleaned at all. Again they had no confirmation of my booking. I was surrounded by 5 staff from the hotel, 3...
