"The view from this hotel is stunning! The private beach is perfect, and the bar is amazing. Room furnishings in need of update but everything else was great. Wonderful service and enjoyed very much the vintage Godfather Tour that the hotel arranged. Close walk to Isola Bella. Wonderful place to relax and to end our tour of Italy. "

The Ariston is perfectly situated in Taormina, a very short walk to all of the restaurants, bars and shops, as well as being close to the cable car or steps which take you the beaches, including easy access to Isola Bella. "We had a fantastic time at Hotel Splendid, with wonderful views of the sea. Staff were all helpful and professional. It is in a great location, away from the main hassle and bustling tourist crowds, but with easy access to all the sights. Also, on the Expedia website it states there is no lift at this hotel, this is wrong. There are 2 lifts all the way up to the 5th floor! This was very much welcomed as we were staying on tge 4th floor. "
