Cheap and good
Room size was good, had a window, bathroom was clean and aircond was cold, tv only had 3 channels though.. they had fox movies which was good enough to keep your self entertained when you are in the room, food court close by, has very good food “non halal though”

the staff were fair, but the room smell like ,as if they kept dogs in it. the beddings just extremely bad smell, the bathroom was just disgusting, towels smell like old dirty socks. it was just a nightmare , have to left the property after 3 days, just as my business was over. even though i paid for 6 nights. expedia should see every property before making advertisement. this property is a poor one and i was fooled by expedia and i lost money as i have to leave for another hotel.

We know that the Customer make many unfair and incorrect statements in his comment. For a start, the Customer already knew upon checking in that he would only stay for a few days and not the full length of his booking.... he mentioned this during checking in. The Customer did told Receptionist that the room was smelly. So, the Receptionist went to the room to rectify the problem but found that the smell was from the Customer; either his shoes or body odour. In any case, the Receptionist applied fragrant spray to the room. And, instruction was given to the Receptionist to ask the Customer whether a change of room was required when the Customer returned. No further complaint was received from the Customer. The Housekeepers observed that there was the same smell in the lift after the Customer used it. Bedsheets and other linens were replaced each day of his stay. We hope Lodging Partner Services could check our claim and be very careful not to offend or hurt the Customer’s feeling in any way. We invite Lodging Partner Services to audit our rooms to confirm that it is not possible for any of our rooms (after housekeeping) and linens to smell as described by the Customer. We stand by what we say .... that the problem does not arise from MY Hotel. But, we must be sensitive and respect the Customer’s feelings to avoid any negative comments even if it is true. Thank you.

Dear Tomo San, We thank you for your valuable feedback. We apologise for the unfriendliness of our Receptionist; no excuse for staff in the hospitality industry. One of them responded that it is probably a problem with language. We are not sure whether it is true... but a Receptionist said that she didn’t have a common language to communicate with the Customer. Pls inform us if that is untrue & we can take appropriate action. Thanks. At this juncture, we suspect that it is the way she/they behaved that projected an unfriendly image. On the complaint regarding lots of mosquitoes in the room, it is puzzling as we don’t have this problem for many years now. Our housekeepers feedback that the room in question had its windows left opened. It is possible that the mosquitoes or fly came in from outside. For your info, the two housekeepers found a fly in the room on Saturday June 22nd. The housekeepers got rid of the fly but dared not close the windows which the Customer left opened.
