"Never know what you are walking into when booking online but we were pleasantly surprised by this property. Our room was so clean that I asked when the property was built and was surprised it was 8 or so years old. The owners are keeping ahead of maintenance. The staff at the front desk was awesome. Chris drove the shuttle and was Seward's biggest cheerleader. He will show you all the good spots and make sure you are taken care of. Would recommend! "

"Over all it was comfortable and we had no problems or issues. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The only minus is that we thought the room could use some maintenance. The wallpaper was pealing in places and some odd old fixtures were left in the room, an old TV shelf, old curtain rod holders, and some things we couldn't identify - things that weren't removed when new ones were put in. But, like I say, we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay."

"What a treat our stay was. Everything was appointed impeccably. Our hosts Yana and Mike shared stories of their life in Alaska we will never forget. Every morning started with a five star, three course breakfast that was crazy delicious. We made new friends every morning around a friendly breakfast table.
