"Nice concept but badly maintained..Need major refurbishing..food so so only..condition of quality needs major upgrade for the price of room..service from front desk is good! Too much mosquitoes in the room and Serounding of environment.."

"This hotel is in desperate need of a major makeover. The tiles in the bathroom are mouldy with cracks. The paint on the ceiling is peeling due to condensation. The furniture very old. No choice but to stay there since there aren’t many 4-5 star hotels in Kuala Terengganu"

"The room used to be good but it’s very dirty now. Hair and dust are everywhere which can be easily wiped but yet not. So don’t expect it’s clean for other things such as bedsheet and curtain. Asked for receipt, staff said they will email but as of now didn’t receive any. When I called them back, they asked me to wait for it. It’s been a week already. "
