"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. "Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived.
