"The customer service and cleanliness really stands out at this resort. Every employee makes eye contact and greets you in the hallways and in their work stations. The restaurant, gift shop, and tavern were all excellent. The activities and hiking in the area were all great as well. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. "We had an amazing time at the Jasper east cabin! The staff was professional and kind, the amenities were great. The only thing that bothered us is there were no hot water in the kitchen sink ( and the stream was low) in most cases. Also the Wi-Fi was not working properly. Besides that a great place to stay if you’re around! "

"Relatively quiet location, even though some have complained about being too close to the hwy. The cabin was just fine for our needs. Mattresses can probably be updated and the restroom area was a little bit cramped but this beats an over priced local hotel. Coffee and creamers were provided, which was a nice touch. "

"I was a bit disappointed while at the pool area. There was no supervision / parents and the kids were not listening to the pool employees when told to stop. There was also a line to get into the hot tub and no one was managing that issue. The cottage was great, just wish the pool wasn't so chaotic."
