"Excellent choice. Unbeatable location, close to the metro station, a 12-14 minute train ride from the airport and you can walk to a lot of the main attractions. The room was pretty spacious and the common areas are comfortable. The cafe being open 24/7 is very helpful. The only thing I was not a fan of was breakfast, since the price was pretty elevated for what the buffet offered "

"Property looks new and modern. Staff are helpful. The restaurant on site is really nice with excellent service and high quality menu and delicious food. The only complaint is with the cleaning crew. They didn’t clean the room very well. Still have dirty marks on tables and nightstand. The bed was poorly made and sloppy. Not at all hotel standards. There is no turn down service as expected of a 5 star hotel. I guess they are just short staffed. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Joanne! The staff was helpful (shoutout to my new friend Rocky at the bar!), the entire hotel was beautifully appointed, and the location was perfect for getting around by train or bike or walking through Vesterbro. "It was pretty convenient to the airport. We met friends that came in from Sweden for the few hours we had before catching our connecting flight. We were able to walk to a really great restaurant. Everyone at the property seemed friendly. The location was a little generic, maybe? I was hoping it had some of the older historic buildings of Copenhagen closer. "
