Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, da es auf der straßenabgewandten Seite lag, war es auch nicht sehr laut. Die Gegend wirkte etwas heruntergekommen, das Motel liegt an einer großen, rund um die Uhr stark befahrenen Straße. Der Pool war saisonbedingt (April) nicht nutzbar.

This property is now closed for renovation and will remain so for 6-12 months I was told. Other than that, the property is somewhat difficult to get in to. The people there were very friendly and helpful, and my one night stay was completely fine.

Fine place to stay. I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s not the Ritz but no bed bugs and reasonably priced. We had to wait about 15 minutes both times we needed the front desk because the attendant was on break. Close to the NM Expo though and good location.

It was clean and the location was great. The staff were not that friendly but it was OK. the room was OK but the bathroom was very small and really needed renovations. We had to ask for shampoo and soap from the beginning which was strange.

Friendly staff, but the property needs some maintenance upgrades. Room key would not work every evening when I came back to my room. Upon checking in, another guest experienced a similar issue. The worst part, however, was the lack of hot water in the location where I was staying. The staff explained that my room was furthest from the hot water heater and that I just needed to let it run for a “few minutes” to warm up. It took over 20 minutes for the water to turn hot.

This is my go to place when I'm staying in Albuquerque. The staff is always friendly, the room is nice and comfortable, and it's comes at a great price!

The rooms made you feel homey for us and check out was amazing, but checking out with the staff was terrible. I had to leave work early in the morning, but when the staffed called to ask if I was extending my staff. I apologized that I didn’t communicate that I wasn’t able to check out in person, but my guest was out right at 11am. Once I let them know, she said she would check. 15 mins had past and I haven’t heard back from the front desk. I called and she said she still hadn’t checked even though told me she would. The whole experience of talking with the front desk was unprofessional for me.

Some of the facility is a little dated – slightly worn rugs, etc – but still very nice and a very good price for the quality. You even get a couple chocolate truffles on your pillow!

The staff was so nice and accommodated a last minute reservation with dogs. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge. I highly recommend staying there.

I didn’t even stay here. It’s in a very dangerous area. Even their parking has barbed wire around it! Terrifying! I had to pay for it because it was non refundable 😩

Fixtures were very loose. Didn’t want to move the shower head because I thought it was going to come out of the wall. Toilet moves every time we sat on it.

Nice Motel, rooms had been renovated and look fresh and clean. Since it's been an older property, you can hear the people upstairs walking around. Couldn't find the ice machine.

we are an elderly couple and had to drag our suitcases up two flights of stairs to the room. Looks are deceiving the front of the building is beautiful but when you go around the side it is an older motel type.

Everything was clean and ready for checking in. Michael checked me in and was very helpful and courteous. Looks like rooms were updated recently. Parking was in a secure area. Beds were very comfortable. Checking out was simple.
