"The hotel does not have fancy furnishings and the junior suite has a very small bathroom. The shower cubicle was leaking water onto the outside floor, making the bath mat wet. We think it is either the grout or the glass seal that lets water seep out. What we like is that the place is clean and the housekeeping staff do a good job, cleaning the rooms."

"Stayed for 2 nights, quite disappointed with the check in process (overwhelmed, housekeeping issues) which can be better for a 5* hotel standard Check in almost 4hrs late (*Tentative check in timing is at 3pm. "Kemudahan hotel dan bilik yang tak setaraf dengan 4 bintang dan tidak sepadan dengan harga yang dibayar. Bilik yang lama dan perabot usang..sungguh tidak memuaskan hati.. harga yang patut dibayar ada separuh dari harga yang dibayar.. tempat sarapan yang begitu terhad, sempit dan pilihan makanan yang begitu sedikit.. "The management of the apartment, was good very good and prompt communication. Although some flaws are there the TV box has limited channel and there isn't a clothes hook in the toilet. The best part a pool table, and a acarde machine to relive the old those good old game KOF, Metal slug puzzle bubble and more.. 1945, had wish i had more time there. Nearby has good cake shop and massage parlours after a long day walking around, and breakfast place downstairs are delicious too. "
