"receptionist system have to improve...long Q and take more than 1 hour for check out, i heard that same situation when check in but because i am check in late so i don't have this problem. "Arrived late on the check in date but was greeted with tea time even though it was after tea time session. stay was excellent with clean and quiet bedroom. breakfast was great as well with mixture of local and western food. overall a great stay within a great location. things to improve: cant lock toilet door, and the sliding door is noisy. parking is also inconvenient."

"the room is amazing. my husband and i enjoy staying there eventhough it is only for one night. it has the perfect ambiance of relaxation. the location is perfect for heritage trail and sight seeing.the only problem with this hotel room is it is overprice.nevertheless i would love to come and stay there again."
