Noisy in my room. Change room three times. Animal sound at night. Front desk made mistakes and removed breakfast from my room, needed to get out of the cafeteria and went to front desk for verification. They also charged me for room change fee because the room was upgraded.

Changed room twice, too noisy with duck sound from outside. Breakfast forgot to include for my room even I booked it. Was asked to leave the cafeteria and disputed for it afterward. Back feeling. Will not book this hotel anymore.

Breakfast is good. Convenient location near the pier . Air conditioning excellent. TV works fine. To add more English channels. Did not try the lounge Maybe next time when I visit the hotel again. Short walk to nearby food court . There is a shop selling clothing and shoes opposite across the road. Many varieties of food for breakfast in the 2nd floor restaurant.

A well located hotel in the business district
The hotel is conviently situated in the business district and not far from the ferry terminal. The suit is good and spacious. Good value for money, But the breakfast is very average both in quality and variety.

Good, solid, business hotel
Centrally located Business hotel. Staff is helpful and attentive but have limited English skills (but certainally better than my lack of Chinese). Exceptional breakfast buffet.

Won't ever stay in this hotel again. Luckily i was just transiting in Zhuhai for the night before heading to HK. Shower was leaking because the shower head wasn't suitable for the shower tub was mess, after every shower the whole toilet would be flooded. The room was old, fixtures were wooden and old. Wasn't dirty but it wasn't comfortable. Very bad. Only the hotel reception was nice and allowed me to check in although the have not received confirmation from Hotels.com ! Hotels.com: your service in China is terrible ! countless times when i have booked through Hotels.com in China only for the hotel to tell me nothing has been received when i have reached.

I have stayed at this hotel at least twice per year for the last 12 years. But this may be the last booking because the service from the Hotel Managers was again very, very poor - and has been getting worse over the last 3-4 years. Reception and restaurant staff are helpful but speak little English. The Mangers English is almost zero and have a very poor attitude to helping customers. The bar was closed each night at 7pm. Good points; breakfast, room, price, close to ferry terminal. This is also the findings of 4 of my colleagues who were also at the same hotel. Star City, you need to improve or you will lose a lot of business:(

The stay is not very pleasant. First we had to add money at the counter when we get to hotel. Second, the hotel room is small and old and the sink has some issue.

The hotel location is good, it locates right next to a bus station so and you can take the bus (no. 13/26) to most of the shopping malls. There are also some local restaurant at a short distance. But the air-con was broken, we called and waited 30 mins for the service to come. The first staff was came to see what happened, which i have told clearly to the front desk. It then took another 15 mins for the technician to fix the problem.

An OK hotel but not 5*
Stayed here a few times before. Reception is always slow both booking in and booking out. The hotel needs some t.l.c. as décor is getting tired and needs attention. Shower tiles need re-grouting. Restaurant is OK and breakfast is good. Good wi-fi in room. I would stay again as it is only a short taxi drive from the Zhuhai ferry from HKI Airport.

Pleasant Surprise
After reading the reviews of this hotel, we had low expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised across the board. The service was spot-on, the room was comfortable and clean, and everything worked efficiently. Also, the Internet was a pleasant surprise. It's not fancy, but we would stay there again.

Old and needs an update
Hotel is older and could use an update.It is decent value for the low cost however, the location is not convenient and the hotel needs to be renovated.If you are looking for a low cost place for a couple of nights it will serve the purpose but there are many other hotels that you will actually enjoy.

Nice hotel
Surrounding areas are clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and speaks English. Easy access to banks and other facilities. Highly recommended . Area is secured and very safe, no problem to walk alone at night. Opposite the hotel is the international financial center with good food outlets or you can walk further down to taste various types of Chinese food from different provinces.

Nice hotel, but avoid the massage!
Nice hotel in Zhuhai located in a business area. Pros: - Excellent breakfast with tons of options. I was so excited to eat dimsum, sushi rolls, dragon fruit and pan fried noodles all in one meal! - Nice in-room views (city or mountains) - Very large rooms with minibar, robes, bath, desk, etc. - Gym with standard equipment - Shopping center with restaurants and a Starbucks across the street Cons: - Room could have been cleaner. I found lots of stray hairs around and the shower could have used a good scrubbing. - Avoid getting a massage in house! Against my better judgement I got a massage from the 'spa' located on the first floor. HORRIBLE! The masseuse was wearing stilettos and a little sailor outfit... she had no massage skills (at least that she could offer me - 26 yr woman). Yikes. I don't want to think about what she does with other clientele. Don't waste your money. Avoid Avoid Avoid. - Bed was hard as a rock. Chinese firm to the max and no sheets. Only comforter. Very strange. Worst sleep during my trip in China. - Very limited English TV - VERY limited late night room service. I ordered dinner at 11pm and they only had 2 options available. - A bit far from night life and shopping.

Great value for money
This hotel is a hidden treasure, much cheaper than comparable hotels in the area. Lobby lounge has good range of beers / spirits, western food. Other asian restaurants in house all well priced. Nice roof top bar on the 9th floor. Rooms are comfortable but typical Chinese rock hard bed. good size bathrooms but a little mould in the shower. Opposite is Starbucks and a food court, hard to find its on the right over the road on the corner basement level. 5 minute trip to bar street, outdoor BBQ street and don't forget Coneelys Irish bar, friendly Irish host cheap food and a wide assortment of beers / wines . 10 minutes to ferry, Macao border crossing and train / bus stations

Overall the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, except one of the male casheir in the front counter made me very disappointed and angry. During my stay, one morning I couln't find the other piece of my sliplper but when I came back to the room that evening , the room was cleaned and my pair of slipper was there , I was very happy and when I checked out in the next day morning, I told the counter the story and hope I could express my thanks to the girl who cleaned my room personally, but I was refused without any given reason . This is the only thing which ruined all my happy stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel in a quiet area.
Just a short stay. Breakfast was ok, staff really nice and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean with two bathrooms and tv. A king size bed and a sitting area. Definitely will use it again. Small hotel but great for families with kids.

アクセス便利、清潔、安心して泊まれるホテル
ファミリールームを予約。部屋は広く清潔、空気洗浄機もありました。目の前がバス停、道路の向かいのデパートにはスタバやレストラン、コンビニもあり便利です。朝食もまずまず。種類も多くコスパがよいと思います。スタッフさんが事務的だったので、態度や表情をもう少し向上してもらえたらうれしいですね。

Orrenda esperienza per 2 settimane !!
Staff che parla malissimo l'inglese se non quasi nulla, arrivato all'hotel non trovavano la mia prenotazione (e non è la prima volta) e mi hanno dato la camera una notte per poi aggiornarmi la prenotazione il giorno dopo, il frigobar nella camera vuoto (ho chiesto e mi hanno detto che non lo riempiono più, occorre chiedere un servizio in camera), il bar nella lobby che chiude alle 20.30 della sera, il ristorante alla sera non apre più, la colazione al mattino ben servita ma la pulizia dei tavoli lascia molto desiderare. Questo hotel una volta era una favola, io ci vengo da 12 anni, ma questo è l'ultimo anno che ci vado, mi hanno stancato!

沒什麼好挑剔的飯店
飯店的房型整體都是大間的,1個人入住過大,2個人入住還是奢侈,3個人或是家庭入住我覺得剛好。 飯店的硬體設備都有些許的舊了,但隨著時代追購買空氣清淨器,網路電視台等也是有看到再做進步的呈現。 飯店周遭沒有什麼可購物或是飲食的地方,因此外出都得搭的士移動,這點是難免但是選此就得覺悟的事情了。 飯店的服務員的態度整體都是不錯,沒有什麼問題。 床也夠大,浴室也大間。 整體就是及格的飯店。

特に不便を感じる点はありませんでした。 部屋毎にWi-Fiが割り振られているので接続しやすかったです。 公共のバス停が近いので移動にも便利です。
