"The original room I had booked wasn't available, so I was given a replacement which turned out to be a fantastic apartment in a better place of the city. I'm very happy with the way this was dealt with and the quality of the replacement. "We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. "Conveniently located to train station, the Grand Place, restaurants and shopping. Had an intimate feel and some unusual benefits such as a fountain for filling water bottles with either still or fizzy water. If you pressed a button on the elevator there were colored lights and disco music. Comfortable rooms which included a safe and fridge. We stayed six nights and couldn't have been more pleased."
