"The hotel had a comfortable bed with blockout curtains and all the amenities one would want in a room . It’s a two mike walk to the old town and restaurants but for us it was good to walk back after dinner . One can catch an Uber or tram so convenient I guess . The shower had good force but there was something about it that made the water too hot or cold but worked out regardless . Wish I could have spent time in the jacuzzi and pool which looked inviting and awesome . "

"The hotel was in the heart of lower town. Easy access to the train and very walkable. Anything you would need is in this area. The hotel was pretty quiet and very comfortable. Getting hot water for a bath/shower was challenging. The included breakfast was a buffet of so many options. We were able to get a late checkout and store our luggage so we could see more sites the day we were leaving. The manager at the front desk was a very nice guy. "Superb experience the staff (Tiago) really took care as I had a heavy suitcase & he carried it up for me & made sure I had a lower bunk w’ a lower locker to fit it easily inside. Tiago is so attentive & compassionate Thankyou Tiago ✨💖✨for giving me a perfect room with a quiet & peaceful ambiance. Loved yr suggestion to visit the huge PARK just nearby which was a soul fulfilling surprise. Truly could not have asked for a better place! Will repeat. "The staff is very efficient and the place is super clean. I loved the location and the info they provide upon you ask for any tip. I had a double room and the bathroom is for 3 private rooms. Breakfast was big and tasty. "

"One has to take a bus or some form of transportation from the airport to the hotel. But it is a walkable distance to the central bus station. The walk to the center of the town was easy. The breakfast was excellent. The room is clean with AC. Overall, we were happy that we selected this hotel. "

"Das Hotel ist für einen Städte-Trip nach Zagreb gut geeignet. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel, die im Vorfeld nicht reserviert werden können. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr nett. Es ist ein solides, sauberes Hotel, das ich für einen Städte-Trip empfehlen kann. Zu Fuß sind die Sehenswürdigkeit und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel Straßenbahnhaltestellen. "
