"For a 4-5 star hotel at the center of Xujiahui, this offers a great value. The hotel staff is professional. The rooms are kept in a great condition. The breakfast is superb. My only suggestion is that the sitting area in the lobby could be expanded"

"I had a poor check in experience. Room was not clean when I checked in. Hotel staff were rude and not friendly, and at times offered no help. Hotel had no facitilies. WiFi was basically non existent. Breakfast was horrible. Definitely never staying in this hotel again."
