It is really a great hotel in the center of Wuppertal. The staff is great and super friendly. The only think which is not so good is the parking situation. The hotel has only two short time parking spots which are almost all the time occupied by some local cars. A public parking garage is available but it is a little walk and cost 20 EURO per night.

It's very good location. Staff is very friendly. The free public transport tickets make the bookings such a bargain price.

Comfy room, clean and air conditioning, no coffee/tea making facilities in room. Square outside this large hotel filthy as hotel located in busy shopping centre area. Nearby surface and multi storey parking avail. On the plus side my room rate included free one day travel card

Solo trip to Wuppertal.
Easy walk from main train station. Convenient to shopping and good restaurants. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

This is a very nice hotel the bed is very comfortable and the room was very clean modern with everything you need ! Very clean from lobby to the bedroom many handsantisers and regular cleaning. The negatives i have is the lack of staff was told the bar is not open until January at night i needed help to order a taxi and no one was manning the reception in the evening i stood around for over 15 minutes and when i checked out during the day when you expect to be staff there was no one around so did online checkout and left keycard ok reception desk and left it feel like a ghost hotel because of the lack of staff.one other negative make sure you put a do not desiturb sign on the door as the cleaners let themselves into your while your half dressed i even heard the knock on the door and said come back later but they still opened the door. Maybe they didnt hear properly i dont know. Apart from this I would stay here again but staffing needs to better and house keeping needs to be trained to knock twice on door the door entering the room as some guests could be sleeping or doing other things.

Great hotel in central location
Very well run and maintained. Despite its central location, it was quiet enough at night that we could sleep with the window tilted open (we had a room towards the inside, not on the street side) It's clear a lot of thought and effort went into renovating the building into a hotel.

Stilvoll, modern, gerne wieder!
Das Hotel hat absoluten Wohlfühl-Charakter! Angefangen vom freundlichen Personal am Empfang, bis hin zum zuvorkommenden Servicepersonal beim Frühstück, welches nebenbei bemerkt mit frischen, regionalen Mitteln ausgestattet ist, sodass so gut wie kein Wunsch offen bleibt. Die Zimmer sind in einem modernen offenen Stil eingerichtet, welcher wirklich zum entspannen einlädt. Die Lage nahe dem Wuppertaler Zentrum ist hervorragend, sodass man fussläufig alles erreichen kann.
