"Overall a great experience! This was our 2nd stay & it did not disappoint. The staff & service were all 5 star. We were even given an upgrade to the view of the Angel of Independence. Staying here definitely was a great way to end our trip in the most relaxing way. Worth every penny! My only compliant would be that the pool titles around the edge of the pool were broken off & the buttons for the jets & water fountain didn't work - other than that the hotel is in great condition "

"Excelente servicio!! Mi esposa y yo cuando vamos a México siempre llegamos a este hotel. El trato del personal del hotel es excelente. Son muy atentos y serviciales. Ojala supiera los nombres de todos los miembros del staff para mencionarlos. En el restaurante todos muy amables, Don Jorge, Don Julio, Eli, Don Adan, Don Carlitos y en general todos. En recepción la Señorita Karina, Don Victor, Señorita Magali, y todos. Tambien el Juan Pablo muy atento. La limpieza es muy buena, habitaciones espaciosas y no es escucha el sonido de la calle. Lo recomiendo mucho!!! "
