The room was clean and offered free tea, coffee and biscuits, free milk upon arrival, very quiet and I slept well. The room had AC and TV. The 2 seater lounge was very comfortable

It was super easy to find, the staff were lovely, the rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfy. My favourite part was having the electric blankets on the beds because it was freezing but the blankets saved the day

Friendly staff, easy access (all ground units with great parking). Only a short drive to city centre. Will definitely stay again.

Just a last minute one night stay. We were able to stay in a refurbished king room. It was roomy and very comfortable with the bonus of very comfy recliner chairs to kick back on and watch the very big TV. The service was very welcoming and very friendly. The only disappointment was that the pool was out of service due to some damage. But it in no way took away from the enjoyment and comfort of our stay.

A lovely clean room "facial bars" = soap bars which was a bit confusing Bed was a bit soft compared to other motels It was probably in the guest notes but guests are expected to drop their keys in a drop box when checking out rather than handing them in to the front desk which was obviously a bit impersonal But I'd happily stay here again

Hi Richard. Thanks for the feedback. We ask guests to put their keys in the droop box if you are leaving before 9am on weekends as the office isn't manned earlier than that. Our beds are King Koil with a pillow top and we have alot of great reviews for them. i guess you are just used to a firmer bed.

The Staff where very helpful from the moment we checked in. They provide a great overview of the Motel facilities and the surrounding features and activities we could experience. The room was very comfortable and warm. Bed was roomie and wonderful mattress that gave me a peaceful nights sleep. Overall a great place to stay overnight or as a base to see the region. We will be back

Easy check-in and friendly staff. Parking was free and the accommodation was lovely and quiet. Liked the cleanliness of the microwave and fridge. Unfortunately, the carpet was sticky.
