"The hotel and our room was very clean. Housekeeping was very nice. I would suggest asking for a room a distance from an exterior door to the parking lot as the door was quite loud when it shut. Also, our room had only one large towel for two people. Typically, even for one person, there are at least two towels."

"Toilet was too low to the floor, very hard to sit down and trying to get up. Electrical outlet by was burnt as if something got hot. Friends that stayed down the hallway from us, tv wouldn’t work because apparently someone stolen the hdmi cable. They told front desk about it and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. He asked if they could get one from another room and told him that no rooms were unoccupied."

"When we walked in and turned the light on in our room, roaches took off. There were ants and other bugs too. I do not recommend this place at all. Plus we were charged a cleaning fee for both rooms and we didnt even step further than 2 feet into the door. "

"I was going to check-in. I never got serviced, so I left. Canceled my reservation. The property was clear, parking lot clean, general area clean but the atmosphere is sketchy. I would not recommend that be a first option."

"I could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. There was a coat of dust on the bathroom door and pieces of paper in the floor in the bathroom. The comforter looked a lil dirty, mind u I did not say dingy it was white. I could tell where it was dusty like it needed a wash. I had to fight with the start button of the microwave to get it to work. Very clear it needs replacing. Staff was nice the issue is the cleanliness for me. "Staff was helpful, even when I was late in getting there. Room was cool upon entry (as I like it). Items had some wear, but everything was in place and clean. Good first impression."
