"Breakfast was amazing - enormous spread of options! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Things like lemon ice water in the foyer were just added details that made our stay even better. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise."

"Our room was clean, however the beds were worn out and too soft. They caused us to have back pain. Also, the sheets and bed were hot which caused us to not sleep well. The shower and bathroom were excellent with a lot of counter space. The breakfast was O.K., but not great. They had no hashbrowns, no hard boiled eggs, no pastries like muffins or danish only plain yogurt with no fresh berries to add to it. "We arrived to this property after getting off the Norwegian Bliss for an Alaskan cruise. Our rooms were ready for us when we arrived. That was great because some of our party was not feeling well.This allowed them to rest in the room as we had an excursion planned for the afternoon. Our rooms were spacious, clean and with comfortable beds.I had booked for two nights but did not have a problem when we decided to leave a day early. "PROMPT 24 hr airport shuttle on the hour and the half. BE READY BEFORE IT ARRIVES. No waiting for stragglers. The restaurant and bar offered a respite for a weary traveler. "Staff was great and check-in was smooth. Room was tidy but the toiletries were either not provided or missing as we have to call the staff to refill the Shampoo and Conditioner bottles in the bathroom. Also we have to request a set of blanket for the guest sleeping on the sofa-bed which was not provided in the closet. Hand soap or hand was missing too."

She was so incredibly helpful and kind. We would have left if it wasn't for her.
