"The stay is great - one suggestion is to pls cancel the luggage fee - your hotel is decent - and a decent hotel doesn’t charge fees for helping your clients to check their luggage for a little bit before or after the time they are check in or check out. Otherwise I would have have really enjoyed the stay. "

"Came here for a quick visit to celebrate my husband’s birthday in nyc. And it was conveniently close to trains to get us to downtown for dinner reservations and our play. Definitely felt safe with having keycard access after hours so no random people can enter facilities. It was a decent room on penthouse floor, big king bed nice clean bathroom, mini fridge available in room. For the price it was great. I would definitely come again!"
