Hotel Romantik di Melbourne Barat

"The hotel itself is in a really good location. We spent 3 nights there and found we were walking distance from everything. The staff are so amazing and helpful , there's always someone at the reception desk. Amenities are lacking, the gym didn't really have much equipment. There's no sauna or pool. The bar is beautiful and happy hour is a bonus. The rooms are clean but we had hairs all over the bathroom floor aswell as carpet when we checked in. It's the simple toughest in a hotel , such as...

"Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core."

"Room was clean, but there was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke, there was an air purifyer going, but it just made it worse. We were not able to use the gym or pool, even though I filled out the form to be able to use the pool or gym. The accommodation is very conveniently placed for easy access to trains and trams and shops."
