"Debated giving 4 stars but decided to round up to 5. Aside from the room itself being cramped and expensive for the size due to being located at the airport, the CitizenM has other good things going for it that more than make up for the downsides: good food at the restaurant and not too expensive, very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice main floor to relax on all help keep that rating boosted. The room was still very well maintained and very clean. However, next time I’d probably stay further away from the airport for both a bigger room and cheaper price. "

"It was nice to meet people from all over the world who worked here. Excellent breakfast but no other meals. Two different elevators to get to our room in the rear building. Friendly staff. Right next to the train station and Trams/Trollies."

"Everyone was very friendly, the hotel was spotless. Beds are far from comfortable, pillows are flat as paper. Food was great. Bring your own mattress pad for comfort. 8 days and almost 0 sleep. "

"The area was a little off the beaten path which was nice because it was a little more quiet. The food and drinks at the restaurant were good. There was a nice looking gym, however I did not use it because we walked around so much. A lot of construction was going on around the area which made it a little more of a challenge to get to when walking with luggage, but would stay there again."
