"We stayed at Jeju Igloo for 3 nights, the hosts were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough to help us. When we arrived, they gave us some cold homemade rice drink and showed us the igloo. "I have three kids age of 15,12, and 9. The hotel looks like a mini figure theme park. Many things that kids can play with, such as moon bounce, kick boards that kids can use on the little track around the hotel, and mini soccer. Kids had fun there. There is jacuzzi inside the room but we did not get the chance to use it. There are plenty of dining options that is walking distance from the hotel. "The family room is very spacious with a large long table. It is reasonably clean and very comfortable. As we were travelling in a group of 7 senior citizens, the service staff singly carried our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift available.
