"Pretty nice and quiet place, the only problem is electric stove in rooms, - they are unusable, you will wait for an hour to boil a cup of water, and the rooms don't have electric kettles. I've been living in two rooms and none of them had a properly working stove. Daily housekeeping is not included, no extra towel to put on the floor in the bathroom, while the water drips to the floor a lot when you're taking a shower, even though I was very accurate. Everything else is amazing."

"This is an apartment that includes a kitchen, dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom of a new and very comfortable building. The place is secured with high grating and gate with a parking lot in the back part of the building. The place is quiet, safe and very clean, it is located in a residential district with shops in the area. It is very convenient for its location and accessibility to av. Rivadavia, Santa Rosa, and access Oeste."

"Messaged the hotel twice but there was no reply. I messaged the hotel about late check-in and hotel did not reply to confirm late check-in. As a result, we waited for close to 30 minutes outside the apartment for someone to open the door. The staff did not speak English so communication can be a problem"
