Duvet without a separate sheet (instead of comforter and sheet) was too thick and warm even for the lowest room temperature. I ended up using a beach towel I brought as a blanket.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, EXCEPT: THE AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT A USUAL AC, IT IS MORE LIKE A VENTILLATION WITH LIMITED CAPACITY, AND ALSO THE WATER PRESSURE IS NOT GOOD. FROM WHAT I UNDERSTOOD THESE TWO CHOISES ARE, BECAUSE THE HOTEL IS A ENVIROMENTAL FRIENDLY TO REDUCE ENERGY CONSUMPTION.

Enjoyed our stay in a new and modern hotel. Nice Breakfast and right next to a transit station. Makes it very accessible to the palace and the city center. Very nice and enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here twice with a trip to Salzburg in between. The metro is just outside the front door and Schönbrunn Palace is a 20-minute away. Next door is a mall with a grocery store and several restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet abundant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything worked well

The beds were very comfortable and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. There is a subway station on one side and a mall with a grocery store and several eating place on the other side. It was easy to take the subway into town, to the train station and the airport.

Paid for queen bed- received 2 doubles pushed together and single blankets (they state they don't own double duvets) Breakfast was basic- no flavour Got made to pay hotel cost on arrival although already paid upfront - meaning they took all my spending money on arrival- realised their mistake and refunded

The hotel is near the U-Bahn. The rooms are clean, the staff is very nice. The center of Wien with the U-Bahn can be reached in a few minutes. Breakfast is included and very good. The only caveat is there were no much space in my room to store the dress, if you have a lot of them. I enjoyed my staying very much.

Friendly staff at very clean, modern hotel and rooms have everything you would need. Rooms seemingly sound proof as no noise heard throughout stay. Breakfast included very adequate. Underground station right outside the hotel making the whole city very accessible, due to incredibly easy understanding public transport system. Perfect location for “best of both worlds stay”. Only 1 fault is that upon check in, we were waiting in the queue to the desk for at least an hour and half, as only 1 member of staff working at that time. Seemed to take an absolute age to check every party in, albeit there being no more than 6 parties ahead of us.

Very clean and nice. Close to the tram stop so easy to get round. Local pubs and food close by. Beds was clean, the room was a bit hot and hard to cool down though

I HAD A VERY PLEASANT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. VERY CLEAN AND NEW HOTEL. LOCATION IS SUPER CONVENIENT. JUST NEXT TO METRO STATION. TRAIN STATION IS ALSO 5 MINUTES DRIVE. COOPERATIVE AND FRIENDLY STAFF. VERY CLEAN AND COMFY ROOM WITH NICE BATHROOM AND BIG LCD. 15 MINUTES METRO JOURNEY TO MAIN CITY CENTER. SCHONBRUNN PALACE/ZOO/COACH MUSEUM/BOTANICAL GARDEN IS 10/15 MINUTES WALK. SUPER STORE IS JUST NEXT DOOR. DONER KEBAB/PIZZA/CHICKEN SHOPS ARE LITERALLY NEXT DOOR. IN SHORT, IDEAL FOR VISITING VIENNA. WILL STAY HERE, IF COME AGAIN TO VIENNA. REASONABLY PRICED AS WELL WITH VERY GOOD FREE BREAKFAST.

The hotel is well located next to a metro station that connects the city centre to Schönbrunn Palace. Modern decor, with breakfast included which, although not very varied, is in keeping with the hotel's category. The staff are very friendly. From my experience, I have two negative things to point out: the entrance to the hotel is somewhat confusing, because you enter an office building and the reception is on the 2nd floor and as we arrived late, around midnight, we had to ring the bell for reception and no one answered, until we managed to get in because a security person from the building turned up. When we checked out on Monday, to get the flight very early, we were prevented from having breakfast as normal and seated at a table from 6.30am as indicated in the hotel and on the booking. The excuse was that it was from 7am. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Schönes neues Hotel. Matratze ziemlich hart. Und leider sind noch Zeichen des Umbaus ersichtlich. Frühstück ausreichend Wahlmöglichkeiten. Gute U viele Kaffee Varianten Sehr zentral gelegen. 1 Minute zur U-Bahn.

Das H2 Hotel ist direkt an der U4 Station gelegen und man kommt schnell überall hin. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, jedoch im Frühstücksraum mit dem Ansturm von Menschen total überfordert (schmutziges Geschirr stapelt sich auf den Tischen, es wird nur sehr langsam das Frühstücksbüffet nachgefüllt und oft erst auf Nachfragen). Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ zu Wünschen übrig ( Staubflusen flatterten durch den Raum und es lagen überall Haare herum, die nicht von uns stammten, eine Staubschicht auf den kargen Möbeln ließ vermuten, dass dieses Zimmer länger schon nicht geputzt wurde etc.). Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr spartanisch und Haken bzw. Aufhängemöglichkeiten für die Handtücher wären hilfreich gewesen. Die TOP-Lage ist jedoch unschlagbar.

Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hervorzuheben ist die extrem gute Lage. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig, aber frisches Obst fehlt. Ich kann das Hotel für einen Kurztrip in Wien sehr empfehlen!

Sehr neues und sauberes Hotel. Wünsche wie ein zusätzliches Kissen wurden direkt umgesetzt. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine U-Bahnstation, um schnell ins Zentrum zu kommen. Nebenan ist ein kleines Einkaufszentrum.

Modernes Hotel mit direkter Anbindung an die U-Bahnstation. Es ist anfangs verwirrend, da sich die Rezeption im 2ten Stock befindet - in der Lobby einfach durchlaufen zu den Aufzügen und hoch fahren. Die Sauberkeit an sich ist auch gut, nur habe ich bei uns im Zimmer auf dem Boden am einen Tag einen Ohrstecker gefunden, am nächsten lag im Bad ein Tamponpapier am Boden, da wurde halt nicht richtig gestaubsaugt. Aber ansonsten sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war super. Es gab eine große Auswahl an allem was das Herz begehrt: Jogurth, Wurst/Käse, Brötchen, Eier, …. Mir persönlich hat es noch an Obst gefehlt, aber da der Supermarkt direkt daneben ist, konnte ich mir da meine tägliche Portion Obst holen :)
