The Lodge is known for its unrivaled wildlife experience and sublime hospitality.It’s also good to know that the Lodge is a great option for those who may not want to go full-on safari but still want to see wildlife. The newly-renovated rooms and balconies are built up above a central waterhole which attracts herds of buffalo, elephant, giraffe, zebra, as well as night-time predators, such as lion and leopard.I’m glad that you enjoyed the food at the Lodge. The MaKuwa-Kuwa restaurant and the homely Buffalo Bar are rich in ambiance and also overlook the central waterhole, where drinks and dinners are often shared with wildlife meandering down to the water each day to quench their thirst.Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It must have been a breathtaking experience to have giraffes, elephants, and water buffalo gathering near the water hole during mornings and evenings.
