Good place for a group on a budget.
The hotel was fine, centrally located, and good value for the money. We are 3 friends travelling together in a budget. The room was big, with 3 beds and 2 bunk beds, so plenty of space.

Can not beat for price. Staff extra nice and friendly. Good breakfast. Plenty of hot water Nice common area with piano. Quiet. Take good care of guests. Good shower. Will stay again. Highly recommend..

Nice location, reasonably priced Hotel
It is a nice area surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel is set at a competitive price, the WiFi was improved during my stay, so it went from no internet to good internet, dependent on the number of users at peak times. The staff were generally courteous, although they need to cut down on the use of sprays to hide odour and go onto more natural potpourri methods. The beds and bedding also had an odour which I can only put down to the treatment of them. I was bitten several times during my stay whist in the room and it wasn't mosquitoes, so I assume it was bedbugs. These can also be transferred by guests to their own homes and are difficult to eradicate. They need to have a strategy in place to prevent and control their spread and recurrence, not just sprays. The room had a TV, good shower and natural ventilation, although in warm conditions air-conditioning would be required. The lift is very small and can hold a maximum of 3 people, so people tend to use the stairs which are quite noisy for guests sleeping. The light switches are in strange places, so it's difficult finding them and you stumble in the dark, automatic lights need to be installed at the entrance to hallways.

En deux mots: propreté et gentillesse.
L'hôtel Moderne pas très moderne mais au contraire un petit kitsch très agréable. Propreté de la chambre impeccable et accueil très gentil, très souriant.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Laccueil et les services sont excellents. Beaucoup de politesse, sourire, travail consciencieux. Un petit bemol pour l'isolation mais cest totalement indépendant du personnel. En plus hôtel hyper bien placé pour découvrir Vichy. Et 10mn à pied de la gare. N'hésitez pas. Et nous reviendrons. malgré une température caniculaire volets 'on fermés fenetres brûlantant le rideau était très chaud la fenêtre de la salle de bain était ouverte pas dormi de la nuit tellement il faisait chaud pas de climatisation pas ventilateur aucune photo de la salle de bain ou description de notre chambre sur le site nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit tellement il faisait chaud les serviettes de toilette étaient encore tachées ménage très peu fait car encore des papiers sous les lits un mauvais état salle de bain ....

Nous rentrons de vacance, on a voulu allez faire une visite au parc d'attraction Le PAL donc on a essayé cette Hotel, alors je peux vous dire que l'accueil est top, la chambre rien à dire très grande pour nous 4 mais surtout et je le souligne merci énormément à tous ceux qu'ils y travaillent car on avait oublié le doudou de notre fils et ils nous l'ont renvoyé service au top et sa aujourd'hui c'est rare sachant que le doudou est un oreiller Stitch donc pour dire qu'il y a pas eu de vole ou autre je conseille cette établissement et on reviendra avec grand plaisir sans oublié nos affaires 😅
