It was not a good experience. Firstly the good points are definitely the housekeeping and breakfast. Staffs in housekeeping and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. But we had a bad experience with the reception staff. Firstly, TV wasn’t working in the room, Secondly, Telephone wasn’t working in the room. All these are manageable and they fixed it in the third day but it didn’t really bother us because we were out most of the times. But what really bothered us was that we booked the rooms for 11 nights which includes a sofabed. We had only three pillows. I spoke to shanika from reception and asked her for an extra pillow. She paused and said I’ll get back to u which she did not . So I called her from our room and the answer she gave was all the rooms are completely full and that they don’t have 1 pillow and apologized. I was very disappointed then I realized that 4 pillows were shown for the same room in the picture of the hotel’s website. So I called again and told them u are supposed to give me 4 pillows and there’s only three. She didn’t seem convinced so I told her please come up and see for yourself. She said she will call me back. Instead her co worker called back and said no pillows only two is given. I got really upset and said I’ll show pictures and went down to the reception, it was 11pm and they were calculating cash and told me to wait till they finish it because they are about to change their shift.
