Upon arriving I was told that my reservation was not there as the hotel had not confirmed my booking with Hotels.com. The room was booked to another guest. I emailed hitels.com and waited. The owner finally said that he has "negotiated" with the other guest who has agreed to give me his room. I was rold to have a look at the room.
