I just loved and enjoyed my stay! I even told the staff that I will rate them 5stars☺️ . The quality of the equipments , the staff attention towards the costumers etc…J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour à l’hôtel Kyriad. La qualité des équipements , le confort, l’attention du staff . Le cadre ou l’endroit où est situé l’hôtel n’est vraiment très spécial mais en fin l’hôtel est ma foi très bien pour moi 👌

Hotel with good facilities, well located
I will definitely be staying with the Kyriad hotel group again! Very friendly staff, well maintained rooms with comfortable beds, and this hotel had free parking for our rental car.

Good hotel
Good and clean hotel with friendly staff and good buffet breakfast. Slightly far from the city center (20 minutes walk) and from the train station (15 minutes walk).

The stay was good marred by one thing. The receptionist - it happened on three occasions + was talking on the telephone to other guests and. completely ignored my presence. She was just chatting and on two occasions I had to wait about 5 minutes for her to attend to me and on the third occasion I had to find another member of staff. Apart from that the hotel was very good and comfortable and the food at dinner good value for money

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They let me store my bags after checkout until my train arrived. They printed my train ticket for me and called me a cab. They went out of their way to take care of me. I would Highly recommend staying here.

Good place for a short stay
Clean and conveniently located from autoroute access. Good Breakfast but small selection of ham, cheeses. Ca. 1.5 km walk to center of town and harbour canal. Restaurant closed weekend evenings.

Hotel OK but location and staff could be better
Our sat nav had difficulty in locating the Kyriad but on arrival we found it on a roundabout some 10 mins drive from Vanne harbour. The rooms were ok but not enough wardrobe space, all French TV channels and a really hard bed! Strangely they do not provide sachets of coffee in the room just tea. We had drinks in the tiny lounge bar and ate in the hotel. Delicious food. We found the staff to be offhand with no pleasantries apart from the gentleman who checked us in.

Very nice hotel in Vannes...close to centre ville.the size of the room is above average for European standards. The bed is very comfortable and the ammenities were very good. The parking in the summer is a little challenging, be aware. Overall a very nice experience

Outside of town in a high traffic area
The property was situated outside of town in an ugly area. Not at all what the pictures of the site presented. We also booked an extra room by mistake as we never got confirmation by Hotels.com of the first room i had reserved, Once we got to the hotel, the personnel was very dismissive as they couldn't do anything to reimbursed the room. Not one word of apologies, or offering breakfast maybe. The location was really inconvenient.

The Kyriad is in a perfect location to explore this beautiful area of France. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was clean with good amenities. Ladies, bring hair conditioner if you use it. Reliable wifi and free car parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent value and highly recommended
Very reasonably priced accommodation which met our needs as a 2night stopover on the way to the ferry at Caen. Lovely area to explore. We would certainly consider staying at this hotel again as everything was pleasant and straightforward. The fresh orange juice deserves a special mention. The hotel was full but reception staff were being very helpful in sourcing accommodation elsewhere for drop-ins on holiday weekend.

Vannes Hotel
Great location just about a five minute drive to city centre. The facilities were better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed out . Staff were friendly and helpful plus there was a kettle in the room which is a rarity in Europe .

Easy highway access, suited our needs.
This is NOT a waterfront hotel as described on your website, please correct. It is however a pleasant 15 min walk from the main port and suited us with free parking, fuel station, supermarket and laundromat 5 mins walk away. Easy access to highway. Staff were pleasant, bar has a nice balcony to unwind although we were disappointed restaurant was booked privately and then not open Sunday night. Breakfast was standard continental and well stocked.

Its in the title of the hotel
We stayed at this hotel and the room was clean and colour scheme is very pleasing with nice wood accents and solid furniture. The bed sheets and pilows made good soft feeling. I found it difficult to fault this hotel and that is why its got the prestige label. I loved the balcony that is ther in our room. The breakfast area are looked clean and airy, although we didn't have the chance to have breakfast. There is information at the door entrance for all the local events. There is room for parking for about 20 cars. Its a nice place, we would come again.

good hotel - bad booking agency
The hotel was great - the staff very helpful. But unfortunately the booking agency was not able, to make a simple reservation. The agency only took the money and did not make the reservation at the hotel. Thanks to the nice hotel staff we could stay the night despite the bad agency.
