It appears to be undergoing renovation so this can only improve. The only real problems I had were that the staff are not there all the time, which meant I had to carry my bag around all day after check out before my evening flight ; and the shared toilet and shower are in the same room which means that if you need the toilet and somebody is in the shower then...

"Do not stay here. For one, it’s not even a hotel. I booked a hotel room via hotels (dot) com and when I arrived there was no-one there to check me in. I called the number on the booking and no one answered ( it rang out 3 times in a row). I was about to call the hotels (dot) com website when I got a phone call back and they said the person has gone home, they can not help me and hung up the phone!.... it was only 9pm! Not to mention that I had just arrived in Valencia and had no...

"No curtains, no heating , the doors and windows don't fixed you feel sleeping on street with out temperatures and noise inside. The bell was ringing a lot and the personal were spiking hours.. all the plugs were broken and the cover of wc not secure."

"Folks at reception (Alejandro, Daniela, Valentina) are outstanding. Kitchen, bedroom, living room are great. Bathroom has a few issues: faucet is very short, showerhead waterpressure low, and the hot water tank is tiny. More than two people can’t shower in a row, you’ll run out of hot water."

"This place is beautiful, well kept and fully equipped. We really love how peaceful the place was. Communication is done using whatapp but it is very easy and quick. If our future travel plans make us return to Valencia I will definitely return to this place. We loved it! "
