"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. But they moved us to the wing that has not yet been renovated for our next two nights and that room was a solid 2 Stars. "The room wasn’t cleaned or beds made, all that was done was new towels were given. The shower sink and toilet was not cleaned the 2 nights we were there. The TV did not work in the first room we were given but they did move us to another room."
