Not good value for money
Unfortunately location is the only positive that I can think of the hotel. We visited during the peak season when the hotel was full, hence the annoyances we experienced can’t be explained by operating the hotel with a skeleton crew. Most of these look like a management issues to me, not due to staff. The room was a bit shabby, yet fine, but immediately by the entrance and inside the room, we discovered a noticeable amount of sand and then some mosquitos squashed against the wall. (Mosquitos are expected even in urban areas, but not cleaning out the remain is not). This made us obviously think, what else has not been cleaned? Luckily, everything else of the room was acceptable, yet non-existing A/C during the summer heat was also a bit of a disappointment. The breakfast was fairly simple and fully what we expected, but since we enjoyed it a bit after the rush hour, there was no plates, no glasses while some of the dishes had ran out, whilst the only staff member we saw appeared as extremely busy. As an icing on the cake, elevators don’t operate after 10pm, because there is no 24h staff at the lobby which is also a bar area. This was not a problem for us in a four flight building. Regardless, if you can’t take the stairs, make sure your room is in ground floor. Nothing was really extremely troublesome, yet I would expect the level of quality and service Aquarius offers from a budget hotel, but at its price point, Aquarius is simply not good value for money.

Clean hotel with very pleasant service
My family and I spent the Midsummer holiday in Uusikaupunki. Hotel Aquarius was very nice and conveniently located for visiting other small towns in western Finland. We enjoyed the pool table and bowling alley in the hotel. The rooms were basic but very clean. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The only problem we had was with the hotel's key cards. Every one of them stopped working at some time during our three-day stay. The front desk was good at replacing them, so it was only a little inconvenient.

Nice location , Good service
Duin covid period the hotels was almost empty. Bur I have received all instructions regarding check - in . The breakfast was in the box, no in restaurant, fully understandable. I prefer this hotel , because of perfect location.

Expensive for what it was. Average room and all a bit dated. Restaurant average and a bit of a walk into the town. All in all, comfortable and clean but not memorable except for the Autumnal trees

Nice Hotel
Located in a nice position, 10 min walk to town, there's a few bars along the river/marina, hotel has a bowling alley and next door a nightclub, didn't eat in the hotel but was a pleasant 2 day stay and would stay again.

Beautiful view, peaceful, and with an excellent breakfast. Not cheap, but Uusikaupunki is worth a visit, so I could recommend the stay at Hotel Aquarius

Enjoyable stay
Comfortable room, friendly, amenable staff. Breakfast was enjoyable. Would have liked to be able to get to room earlier. Local area is picturesque with harbour side restaurants and an interesting old church.

been ther three times now the staff are always friendly and happy to help even with the language barrier. the rooms are clean the the hotel is great for short stays. within walking distance to all the local areas within the small town.

Huonoin Hotelli missä olen ollut
huonoin hotelli missä olen ollut 1 pieni (32") tv missä ei ollut youtubea tai netflixia. 2 aamupala buffettia ei ollut 3 sauna ei ollut 3 päivän aikana kuin 2h päällä silloinki oli todella kylmä 4 heidän järjestelmä temppuili meinattiin heittää ulos hotellista 1 päivä ennen vaikka olin maksanut kaiken etukäteen 5 siellä oli tapahtuma niin sai unta vasta 3 aikoihin yöllä eli kotirauhan häiritseminen en suosittele menemään tähän hotelliin koska hinta laatusuhde ei ole hyvä mielummin meette aittrannan hotelliin paremmat yöunet, parempi buffetti ja siistimpi paikka

Nähdäkseni Uudenkaupungin ainoa hotelli. Hiukan nukkavieru ja kaipaisi päivitystä ja modernisointia. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja aamiainen OK. Siivouksessa parantamisen varaa. Sängyn lakanaan tarttunut jonkun edellisen asukkaan pikkuhousunsuoja, mikä kyllä laski tunnelmaa.

Loistavaa palvelua
Loistava ja ystävällinen palvelu. Meillä oli aikainen lähtö aamulla joten saimme illalla huoneeseen aamiaista. Erikoisruokavalioisen aamiaispaketti oli aivan tasavertainen "normaalin" aamiaispaketin kanssa - kerrankin näin hienosti otettu huomioon. Täysi kymppi huomioinnista!

Pieni kiva hotelli kivalla paikalla
Kiva hotelli ihanassa Uudenkaupungin kesässä. Maksuton parkki. Kävelymatka joen varrelle makasiineille ja keskustaan. Huone oli siisti ja normaalinkokoinen. Suihkussa oli suihkuseinä, jonka reunus kerää likaa ja mahdoton siivota. Suosittelisin suihkuseinän poistoa. Huoneet ja hotelli muuten ihan siisti. Sängyt kapeita, ei ilmastointia. Ikkunasta sai raikasta ilmaa kun lähellä ei ole mitään mistä aiheutuu melua. Hotellissa ravintola ja paljon iltaviihdettä, jota emme kokeilleet. Aamupala luvattiin kestävän kymmeneen. Menimme 9.30 ja kaikki oli loppu. Leivät, puuro, croissantit ja juustot loppuivat kun tulimme. Ei kuulemma ehdi täyttää, kun lounas pukkaa päälle. Aamiainen siis hotellin ainoa pettymys. Menkää aikaisemmin, niin säästytte tältä ongelmalta.

Breakfast only between 8 and 10, so all guests were nearly all together at the same time in the breakfast room. If both rooms were opened no problem. But today one was closed and the smallerone was opened...

Työmatkalla Länsi-Rannikolla yövyin yhden yön täällä. Vanha, vähän päivitystä kaipaava hotelli. Sijainti loistava ihan rannan tuntumassa. Huone upealla merinäköalalla pelasti muutoin vaatimattoman huoneen. Kaksi sähköauton latauspaikkaa olivat illalla vapaana ja käytössä. Aamiainen yhdeksältä - osa ruoista loppu, jäähtyneet tai vähän ”kuivuneet”.
