Room was not 5 stars-see pics. Staff was unable to answer questions about tours, no concierge service available. Food selections were abundant. Staff unclear about continuation of stay after end of tour even though the issue had been addressed upon arrival.

Cappadocia hotel
Hotel lobby looks nice, but the rooms clearly need updating. Initial room (duplex) was muggy, smelly so we had to change room. I would recommend duplex room to have half bath (toilet, sink) downstairs also, rather than bathroom only upstairs. Service and food overall not good except breakfast buffet. Elif at front desk/reservations was very helpful. If rooms and service were improved, I would have given it a very good review. Overall-- satisfied, but rooms and other areas need updating. Staff who are working at cafe need to understand some basic English as it was difficult to communicate. It can be done as staff at front desk were very good. Ramada could have done a better job at renovating/updating the hotel.

Satisfied.
It was good overall. We felt comfortable. We appreciated how quiet the spa was. It was a good place to relax after a long day. The sauna wasn’t very hot though. One of our rooms had a view of the balloons from a distance. Overall we were satisfied especially since since we got a good deal.

Great holiday experience

Air condition not working, it took me next day to change my room, the bathroom was clean but smell very bad. Beside this every thing is ok. Reception employees are supper nice.

Nice hotel, great value.
Our stay was very nice, the staff were friendly and the room was much nicer than we expected. The hotel is located a little bit outside the main areas so I’d recommend car hire ideally. When we stayed some of the spa facilities were unavailable, the pool was nice - the gym was ok but a bit small and no heavy weights available to lift. The breakfast was excellent.

Hotel strongly recommanded!
Strongly recommend this place! Amazing staff,nice service,cozy rooms and beautiful swimming pool! Many must visit places in Cappadocia are close. They helped us a lot with air baloon company (Guvercin). Really enjoyed our staying here! Dinner buffet was awesome as well!

Nothing like Ramada standards
Reception staff helpful,restaurant food breakfast not appealing , doesn’t look fresh except of few things , pool, Turkish bath very nice, good size of room ( junier suite) bed was huge must be super king size and it was very comfortable , room is not the cleanest but front desk manager and housekeeping manager have spoken to me on checkout upon my first check in review, carpet in the room stained , mattress is stained if you lift mattress protector on single bed you will see, emergency pull cord socket in bathroom loose needs to be secured , shower screens looks dirty ( this could be due to water in the area as I told by HSK manager) , slicing around bath tub dirty, fridge not cooling properly , white net curtains needing washed , they were full of dust and dead insects , Location not to bad but needing taxi to Ürgüp,Göreme or Ortahisar , we walked Ortahisar few times took us 30 minutes, to be honest I would not stay in this hotel again or recommended friends or family , didn’t feel welcome by one of spa staff however other member of staff was nice smiley and helpful,

Cappadocia stay
Hotel was further away that I thought( from where we wanted to be) but taxis were easy enough to find. Chose this hotel as it has a pool, and the spa & pool did not disappoint. It was lovely. Excellent service from staff & a lovely big room. Made our trip more enjoyable!

Great Hotel in the Area
The hotel was great. I stayed in a large non-smoking room which I appreciated a lot. The breakfast was excellent, too. Unfortunately, I did not have much time to enjoy other services. think it looks like it is the best in the region.

Well-priced hotel in Urgup. Most suitable for travellers who drive. They have an open parking space. They also have a spa center with a good-sized sauna. They offer an airport shuttle service too. I can appreciate their room service! Thanks for the great meals! ♡

The Ramada was a very good choice for me. The room was a good size, there were amenities like a tea / coffee maker, iron and board, English language TV channels - in fact everything to make you comfortable. But for me the one gripe I had - and this is not the Ramada alone - I have experienced this in many places - the bathroom lighting was not for doing makeup. But that is a personal preference. I like to do make up over the sink. Others may find the room light adequate. However that being said I would readily stay here again. I cannot comment on the breakfast because I had an early flight and left without breakfast.

Great place
Perfect place to stay.. so close to the sunset place and if you want to watch the balloons taking off in the morning , the closest place to watch . Dinner and breakfast are open buffet, lots of choice to eat. Recommend it.

Nice hotel close to panaroma
We stayed two nights for an event. Good clean rooms with good food. Only problem is there are still smoking rooms in the hotel. Staff is very helpful.
