"The property is dated, needs remodeling. The AC didn't cool very well. We had two maintenance people come check it in two different times and they claimed everything was fine and they cant get it to be colder. Even though we had the thermostat set to 60 degrees. I wouldn't want to stay in the middle of the summer when its very hot in the city with poorly functioning AC. "
