We had a really lovely time at this hotel. Although the hotel is possibly a 2 -3 star the customer service is 5star! We had such a wonderful time and the gardens and pool areas are kept immaculate! I had a very good massage and would recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. It’s not too far from the main streets but far enough that the Main Street noise doesn’t reach your room. The only con about our room was the amount of mosquitos there were. We got rid of some if not all on our first night but then after we had our room made there were more and I’m sure it was just from the door being opened while staff was cleaning our room. Staff however were amazing and helpful. I recommend staying here.

The property looks nice but unfortunately there was building work happening on the property and next door to the property. Had we known we would not have booked this. We booked a cabin with the intention of having a peaceful and relaxing time. We were given a cabin immediately next to the building work, which runs from sunrise to sunset, so basically 6.30am until 6pm. The property is also close to a bar playing loud music through the evening. Hotel staff were indifferent when we raised the problem of noise and despite there being empty cabins further away we were not offered the choice of moving. The cabins are also near to the swimming pool, which is also for all hotel guests so obviously it was not for the chalet’s guests. The room was clean although basic but the bathroom had a noticeable smell of urine. We were not able to check in as expected so had a wait of 1.5 hours, going over the checking time - we suspect this was more to encourage guests to have lunch. We were not offered water despite the heat; this is in contrast to every other hotel we have stayed at in Bali. The food was average and far better food can be found close by at a better price. Breakfast was also disappointing with low quality cold drinks and limited food, which was also not particularly good. Again we would recommend not booking with breakfast and enjoying a far better breakfast a couple of minutes away in Ubud.

Nice accommodation
We stayed for 3 nights. Very nice accommodation we had a ground floor apartment in the rear of the property. Lovely and relaxing. Two swimming pools with sun beds. The position was great. Plenty of restaurants close by and a short walk to the main drag.

2 double Rooms for family of 4. Nice large rooms and bathrooms. Good location. Nice staff. Pool with a great view of jungle. Basic shower/bath. One room had wall paint bubbling due to damp. Good value for money if the room paint was not there.

Great location with friendly staff. Stayed at the villas with a beautiful view of the pool and jungle. Loved it with one exception. There was a small leak in the roof. But staff was quick to offer another room for us to stay in. Would stay here again.

The only downfall was that the bottles of water are so very tiny that you don’t even quench your thirst and we had to give our room numbers all the time. We made coffee in our room every morning and there goes our two bottles , we tried getting more but it was one at a time and it was so hot for us Canadians.

Pertiwi bisma 2 stay in August
The location of the hotel was great, walkable to downtown Ubud and close to the monkey forest and shops! The staff was friendly and nice. The rooms were big and clean. The only issue I had was that ants were on top of the dinning/working table and coffee table. Also, the shower was not the most comfortable. But other than that it is a nice place for a very good price.

Upon arrival after flying for 30 hours I was taken to my “quiet room” where the ere was a party happening next door to mine all night. This led me to waste a day the following day as I was so tired I slept all day. When I woke up the toilet and shower didn’t work nor the bidet and there was water all over the floor which made my fresh clothes I brought, wet. The hotel kindly upgraded me to a room abit further away which was great except i turned the light on in the middle of the night to find a nest of baby spiders crawling on the wall near me and about 100+ big ants crawling over the floor. The room was spotless when k got upgraded to it but seems there’s some way they’re all getting in

This was an excellent location. It was about a 1/2 mile off the mane road. It was easy to walk to the main road. There are multiple restaurants, bars and coffee shops in walking distance. The pool was amazing, but it is deeper than average for just wading water. The breakfast was excellent everyday. I would definitely stay here again.

Doable but would look somewhere else next time
The location was all the way in the back of the Main Street and there was massive construction going on. The rooms were dated and our bathroom would not drain. Service and friendlyness a 100! However, there are more modern places closer and cleaner.

The pool is just amazing. The service is really good and they are always smiling. The bed was so comfortable as well. The WiFi didn’t work as good as expected.

Although the the grounds are very well kept, the room itself especially the toilet was filthy, it's only a newish place so it's not from wear, it's just not cleaned properly. Like most placed in Ubud it had a strong smell of damp and sewerage. The bed was clean and the furniture tops. Wifi connection wasn't bad For the price you might think what else to expect, and we checked out other places in person around the same price and they where nice, therefore we left.

Comfortable clean hotel
Very clean ,pretty hotel set on slope. Infinity pool at end of property had amazing view over valley and this area was very restful .Rooms were clean and spacious with small sitting verandah with 2 chairs .Staff very helpful and obliging.

Amazing place!
Amazing place! Clean, comfortable, great staff. Breakfast was delicious and service was awesome. 2 pools so make sure to check out the infinity pool in the back it overlooks the jungle and sadly we only found it on day 4:( In our 2 week stay in Bali Pertiwi 2 was the best overall hotel for value, comfort and location. Also it is locally owned so very spiritual atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great value, convenient for Mushroom beach
This is a great hotel if you want to stay on the quieter side of Lembongan on Mushroom beach. I stayed here for a couple of weeks while diving with Scuba Center Asia (highly recommend) next door. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the pools was great. It's a short walk to Mushroom Beach or secret beach, the breakfasts are great as well. I'd highly recommend a stay here. Only down side is that it can be hard to get a taxi to and from Jungubatu but it's great if you are able to ride and rent a motorbike. Lost power a couple of times during my stay, but that was to the whole island (not resort specific). I'm not sure if they have a generator but it didn't bother me either way. Wifi connectivity in the rooms could be improved.

Did not like that the reception was right next to the pool with no screening, not very relaxing or inviting. My bath/shower was dirty when I arrived and the tile grout has mould (nothing a good scrub wouldn't fix) Someone knocked on my door early every morning, waking me up, again not very relaxing. WIFI was terrible, basically never worked Otherwise, staff were friendly and helpful, close to the main town centre.

Lovely pool area, nice quiet part of town
We stayed for 3 night is laste September 2016. We initially stayed in one of the older rooms for the first night, then they upgraded us to a pool villa for the other two nights to make way for a large booking. It was nice to be by the pool. The rooms had only been finished the day we moved in, so we didn't have a mini fridge and the room was not cleaned fully, which was a little disappointing but didn't dampen the stay. After all, it's Bali, a different standard to home. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The gardens are beautiful and the quiet surrounds are so peaceful.
