Never to return.

It was my first time in this hotel and I will never return the bar staff were young and inexperienced as we were left standing at the bar for ages on our drinks. We also were left waiting on our food with for 45 mins and when it arrived our family was left 3 meals short then told the kitchen was closed leaving them with no food.

we enjoyed our stay. food and friendliness good. only downside was that at reception we were told that our room was not quite ready for us and would we take a seat and they would call us when it was. we were asked if we wanted tea and coffee whilst we waited and we gratefully accepted, Sadly it never arrived and after two hours I had to go to reception to ask if they had forgotten us and they had. In fairness they had a wedding reception and it was very busy.

Great place to stay

Great Hotel . Friendly welcome on arrival very clean family room perfect for our stay . Swimming pool was excellent and well maintained. Cant fault the breakfast plenty of choice for everyone and Pancakes made to order for the kids excellent. Its location was perfect for us its only a short walk into the town centre and all its amenities. Over all a great place to stay for a break.

There was one person on reception trying to answer phones and check in. Would answer phone without saying excuse me whilst I get this. One person on bar. Asked for a drink, sighed then walked away never came back for 5 minutes in the mean time another person turned up to serve. Was an over priced hotel. Room very tired.

Good hotel - terrible restaurant

Whilst the room was comfortable, the service in the Brassiere restaurant in the evening was so bad that I walked out and went into the town to eat elswhere.

Disappointing

Have stayed many a time but this time so disappointed ☹️. The service in bar was disaster . They had a party of travellers from a funeral who was prioritised before their guests . Left stand to order drink for a least 20 mins and couldn’t order food . They took over the entire hotel and left guests uncomfortable. So much so the kids could not roam freely even to the bathroom . We left for our room early . The staff wouldn’t even accept their coupons from their party bags . It was a disaster never again

Nice hotel

Good experience at this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are pleasant. Having just a drink at the bar is a bit challenging though, and it would be great to have the coffee bar open a bit later, had to go to the garage across the road for a latte mid afternoon. Pool and pool area is great however the old changing rooms are a bit grim, hope the refurbished changing rooms will be of high quality, as that will improve them massively.

Nice modern hotel.

Nice modern hotel. Room was spacious for a family of four and the breakfast was great. The leisure centre is nice but female changing rooms were shut and we were told to shower in our room which was a little odd. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool which is over cautious imo and meant I couldn’t avail of the leisure centre amenities such as sauna, jacuzzi etc. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

Tullamore treats

Really enjoyable stay at the Tullamore Court Hotel. Special mention to the lovely Liz in reception. Rooms really clean and comfortable with everything you need. The food was lovely and the Karolina was really attentive and pleasant. She was super nice and supportive to her young staff during a very busy breakfast service. Overall experience was great.
