"My wife & i spent one night during the carnival period. The place was clean, located near all the carnival activities and did not cost as much as the other nearby legacy hotels. However, it could do with a little upgrading & modernizing as it had a 1980's feel. The staff is helpful but a bit more training in terms of greeting customers, warm smiles and making you feel welcomed would help. We felt like it was an emotion-less business arrangement. "Worst experience teaveling ever. Location does not exist and nobody to reach out to. Got an email the day after saying booking was unavailable yet you still charged me. I need a refund asap plus i had to get another hotel at a much more expensive price. "

"Very simple rooms but just what we needed - clean, comfortable beds and powerful shower and the shared lounge and kitchen was a big bonus too. Only 5 minutes walking to the water, goat racing and Sunday school action in Buccoo but far enough away that the soul shattering bass doesn't disturb you at night if you don't feel like partying all the way until sunrise"

Immediately upon arrival it became very clear that the information included on the booking page and the actual lodging arrangements were STRIKINGLY different.
