"This guest house is like a hostel in many ways but with the creative use of one lot not a huge property as I thought it would be. We had booked a tent experience which is a screen tent, holding a bed, night tables, lamp and fan, below a roof and side walls. Our unit had a whole side section about 6ft without a barrier so we could see to the next tent, wooden slats around the tent are not together which lets air flow in but gives little privacy. "Stay was ok the apartment needs some attention carpet was stained, the walls had marks and dents in the kitchen area, the shower door requires some adjustment. The dining table was also in need of replacement. Apartment otherwise was comfortable enough and in a handy position to the city, restaurants close by were great would be an ideal location to stay and go to watch the Townsville Cowboys play a match easy walking distance."
