Friendly staff
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The rooms are small; air conditioning is minimal. No fridge in room or laundry facilities. This hotel seems to welcome many people passing through to get on cruise ships and ferries so it’s very very busy. Fine for one or two nights

Really comfy and clean, nice staff
Overall fantastic hotel, great staff and our rooms were clean and comfortable. One feedback would be for the breakfast, we stayed for 5 nights and towards the end of the stay we were bored of eating the same breakfast every morning! There was a fair selection but definitely think they should change it up every now and then! You’ll definitely need a car if you’re staying here, a little bit out in the middle of nowhere but did have a supermarket close by.

New - Great Staff!
Great staff on the front desk - spoke English very well too. The hotel is brand new and is perfect for a short stay. The free breakfast was also better than expected.

Hotel itself was very nice but a fitness club exercised on the roof until after 8:00 PM. This sounded as though elephants were Sumo wrestling above us and made the floor shake. Good breakfast, ice machine broken but staff put our drinks in their refrigerator, so that helped. Very nice place, but do not stay on3rd floor!

Facility is clean but carpets on the floors in the hallways emit a certain not very pleasant smell. The room we got had a bathroom with no shower stall! Just a shower head with a shower chair. Made me think it was a handicap room! The minute shower is on, entire bathroom floor gets wet! Very inconvenient. No closets I the room either! The TV didn't work!

Nice, new and clean with good breakfast.
Family of 4, one night stay. A very clean room, air conditioned and nice beds. Great breakfast was included in our rate. However they charged for parking and the only exercise place was a private gym next door with a separate fee. Nothing much around so if you are arriving late, don't expect to be able to get food. There is a hospital across the street though.

Toulon Holiday Inn Express- exceptional experience
Excellent hotel with first class staff. Reception staff excellent, Alex and the other staff were so friendly. I would suggest ICH adequately reward the staff as they were of the highest order and all that senior management could ask for. The cleaning staff were so efficient and courteous. Perfect stopping point
Toulon was a one night stay on our way to Spain. The Holiday Inn Express was a perfect stopping point. The Hotel was clean and new. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great considering the reasonable rate for the room. About 10-15 minutes from waterfront restaurants.

Bonjour à tous, j’ai passé un super séjour avec ma famille, l’hôtel vraiment fait une qualité de quatre étoiles, l’accueil des réceptionniste, les femmes de chambre, tout le monde a été magnifique et agréable.
